Mr. Gregg Neelin, President, Communitas Associates INC. and CBT Resources INC.(Barrie, Ontario).

Communitas provides development consulting and training services to business, industry and community-based agencies including strategic and operational planning, human resources and performance management.  Employees involvement in teams, training for on-the-job trainers, and community development.

CBT Resources develops multi-media and computer-based training programmes.  Custom designed programmes range from Employee and Contractor orientation and safety to equipment-specific operations, quality and technical job procedures, which are linked to on the job training to develop job knowledge, skills and competencies.

Gregg and Kolbuc and Associates have worked on numerous projects over the past 15 years, that have included designing Policy and Procedure manuals for First Nation Organizations.  We have also delivered a 10-day program "Building Self-Directed Teams for Continuous Quality Improvement".

Mr. Don Hope CHRP – Principal of Hope Human Resource Consulting

Don, is a Human Resource Professional with many years of experience working in the Pulp and Paper and Wood Products Industry. Don provides his expertise to several Clients in this employment sector. Don also works with other Clients utilizing his expertise as a ‘Facilitator’ and ‘Personal Coaching’.

Hope and Kolbuc and Associates have worked together on several projects. One such project involved the facilitation of a two-day meeting involving over 250 people to review, assess and make recommendations for the Filmon Report on British Columbia’s 2003 Fire Season.

Bruce Northey BA. MSW. RSW

Bruce was originally involved in developing Kolbuc and Associates INC. Family Support Worker Services Program and training fifty (50) Staff as Para-Professional Counselors. Bruce currently works full-time at the College of New Caledonia, in Prince George, as an Instructor in Social Work and Anthropology.

Bruce is certified to deliver, score and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. This instrument is used for a number of purposes, which Kolbuc and Associates utilizes for Personal Development, Coaching and TEAM building.

Kolbuc and Associates have also used the expertise of Dr. Michele Fraser, and Dr. Iris McIntyre for projects requiring survey design expertise and development ‘Performance Management / Performance Reviews’.
